If your insurance is not listed above, your plan may include out-of-network mental health benefits that will allow you to submit claims for reimbursement.
Benefits vary by plan type. It is important to verify your mental health/behavioral health benefits in advance. If you are unsure of your benefits, contact your insurance company and request an explanation of your "outpatient mental health" or "outpatient behavioral health" benefits.
